this song has been a consistent companion along with the rest of the album Animal Companionship, which I highly recommend, along with most anything from Owen Ashworth’s sprawling catalog. the art is a photo from my Bedstuy apartment window taken in early 2019, by which time this song had already taken a deep hold on me.
